The Place
Not the Thailand you've heard of. Better.
Khanom is a 45-minute drive from the nearest tourist infrastructure. A bay, a few fishing villages, and some of the clearest water in the Gulf.
No clubs, no Full Moon parties, no yoga festival crowds. This is why Gabe chose to base his retreat work here. The absence of distraction is part of the week.
Sunsets happen every evening. The water is warm. The practice space looks out at the ocean. It's the kind of place that makes it easy to be in the body.
Structure without rigidity
The retreat isn't packed. The pace is intentional. There's space between sessions to integrate.
Dynamic foundation
Dynamic practice โ Sun Salutation, vinyasa, breath work. Overlooking the bay before the heat of the day. 90 minutes.
Community Meal
Fresh Thai breakfast, local fruit, coffee. The conversations here are part of the retreat.
Unstructured Space
Swim, rest, journal, explore. Optional bodywork sessions available. No scheduled activities โ you need this space to land.
Local Thai Food
The best eating of the trip, usually. Simple, fresh, authentic southern Thai cuisine.
Slower & Deeper
Yin, restorative, Thai massage, or themed workshop depending on the day. 90 minutes focused on integration.
The Unofficial Highlight
The Gulf sunsets are extraordinary. Dinner together as the light drops, reflecting on the day's work.

What happens in Khanom
"I've been to five yoga retreats. This was the first one where I actually changed something fundamental about how I practice โ not just got some nice sessions in a beautiful place."
"The combination of dynamic morning practice and slow afternoon work was perfect. By the end of the week my body felt like it had reset at some cellular level. I'm not being dramatic โ something shifted."
"Gabe has a way of seeing what each person needs and teaching to that. The group was small enough that nothing was generic. I got actual individual attention for a week. Worth every penny."
